The Critical Chef

My passion in life is food. I went to the CSCA in Pasadena. I became an Executive Chef at a young age; however, I discovered that I wanted more. I realized that I wanted to expand on my chef career, so now I am back in school to become a registered dietitian. This is a record of my adventures on my journey to becoming a dietitian. This chef's blog will also include recipes I love with ingredients and methods that are simple to understand so that anyone can try them at home.
